Newvisiondesignus Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
At Newvisiondesignus, we provide a platform for users to create and sell custom-designed T-shirts and other merchandise. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for creating or selling products that violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and related protections.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a user on our platform, please follow the procedure below to notify us.
A. How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement
It is our policy to:
-
Remove or restrict access to any content that we, in good faith, believe infringes on third-party intellectual property rights after receiving a compliant notice.
-
Suspend or terminate access to accounts repeatedly involved in such violations.
To file a notice of infringement, please include the following:

Identification of the copyrighted or protected work (with registration details, if applicable).
-
Details of the infringing content, including:
-
A description of the infringement.
-
The specific location (URL or screen details) of the content on our platform.
-
-
Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
-
A good faith statement that the use of the content is unauthorized by the rights owner or the law.
-
A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Our Response Upon Receiving a Valid Notice
Once a valid infringement notice is received:
-
We will remove or disable access to the reported content.
-
We will notify the user responsible for the content.
-
We may terminate repeat infringers from our platform.
C. How to File a Counter-Notice
If you are the affected user and believe the content was removed in error or misidentified, you may file a counter-notice including:
-
Identification of the removed content and where it appeared prior to removal.
-
A statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting your good faith belief that the content was wrongly removed.
-
Your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
-
A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court for your district or where Newvisiondesignus is located (if outside the U.S.), and that you agree to accept service of legal process from the original complainant.
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant. Unless they initiate legal proceedings within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion within 10–14 business days.
Important Note:
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false infringement claim or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including legal costs and attorney’s fees.
